1A Girls Basketball Tri-District Tournament: King's 39, Cascade Christian 33

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE -- King's freshman guard Savanna Hanson scored 12 points and gathered nine rebounds in a 1A Tri-District Tournament win. The Knights are state bound and will play in Yakima on Saturday against the loser of the Laselle-Granger game. Joclyn Kirton, a senior center, added 12 points for King's and Ashley Adams totaled six points and eight rebounds.
