City of Everett: $107,000 to Silverview Senior Housing for property rights compensation for road widening.
City of Everett: $1,579 to architects Botesch, Nash and Hall of Seattle for Culmback Building condition study.
Sound Transit: $216,000 to Parsons Brinckerhoff of Seattle for preliminary work on a project to add capacity to Sound Transit's midday bus storage facility, for a total contract of up to $1.085 million.

Why: Kim says a sheriff's deputy lost her driver's license in the dashboard of his police cruiser on Nov. 7 while filling out a report for a hit-and-run accident in Lynnwood in which Kim was the victim.
Snohomish County Road Maintenance
Claimant: Michael Lee Weaver of Arlington
Asking for: $57.55 for mail and $25 for one hour of labor
Why: Weaver says he was looking out his front window of his home in the 22500 block of 123rd Avenue NE on Jan. 21 when a snow plow took out his mailbox.
