Why: Kim says a sheriff's deputy lost her driver's license in the dashboard of his police cruiser on Nov. 7 while filling out a report for a hit-and-run accident in Lynnwood in which Kim was the victim.

Why: Weaver says he was looking out his front window of his home in the 22500 block of 123rd Avenue NE on Jan. 21 when a snow plow took out his mailbox.
