See Little Big Man at Everett Library
Catch a movie at the Everett Library. The free film at 2 p.m. Sunday is "Little Big Man," starring Dustin Hoffman as Jack Crabb, a 121-year-old Cheyenne Indian, whose adventurous and infamous story is recounted in Thomas Berger's book.
Jack Crabb, raised by both an Indian and a white man, hung out with Wild Bill Hickock, Wyatt Earp and survived Custer's Last Stand. The movie, part of the library's monthlong Everett Reads! program, also stars Faye Dunaway.
For a fantasy trip of another sort, join travel expert Julie Coen as she talks about traveling to Italy at 3:30 p.m. March 3 at the main library.
Coen, who's part of the Rick Steve's Europe Through the Back Door crew, is a world traveler and guide as well as special events coordinator for the Rick Steve's Travel Center in Edmonds.
The Everett Library is at 2502 Hoyt Ave. For more library events, check their calendar at www.epls.org or call 425-257-8000.
