Everett Planning Commission to rule on plan for Evergreen Way

A plan to reshape a major transportation and business corridor in Everett is nearing approval.

The Planning Commission is scheduled to make a decision on the Evergreen Way Plan at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the eighth floor hearing room in the Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore Ave.

The draft Evergreen Way Revitalization Plan proposes new design and development regulations for the Evergreen Way Corridor. Some development incentives also are proposed including property tax exemptions for multiple family housing.
