Snow showers expected Monday evening in parts of county

EVERETT -- Light snow showers were expected in some parts of Snohomish County going into Monday evening.
Some areas could see a small amount of accumulation, according to the National Weather Service. The convergence zone was expected to move south as the night wore on.
A winter storm warning remains in place for the east Cascades and the mountain passes.
Tuesday is expected to be cloudy, with sunshine expected later in the week.
