Man found dead in Lake Stickney ID'd as fugitive

LYNNWOOD -- A man found dead in Lake Stickney on Feb. 29 has been identified as a fugitive from the Spokane area.
A ruling on the cause and manner of Seth B. Brandley's death is pending, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner reported Monday
Brandley, 28, had been in a police chase Feb. 26, involving the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office and Washington State patrol. He abandoned the car near the lake.
His body was found floating near a dock. Brandley had been wanted for escape from state Department of Corrections supervision. He had extensive criminal history.
