Everett vs. Portland: lineup notes

EVERETT

Forward lines:
Winquist-Petryk-Birkholz
Harrison-Bauml-Fowlie
Erricson-Hayer-McPhee
Boyd-Chynoweth-Lofthouse

Defensive pairings:
Murray-Adam
Caron-Yadlowsk
Morden-Bittner

Starting goalie:
Lotz

Scratches: Walters, Barnett, Grayson, Samoridny.

Notes: Everett welcomes overage defenseman Brennan Yadlowski back to the lineup. Yadlowski missed Wednesday's 3-2 victory over Victoria attending to a personal matter. Defenseman Nick Walters (lower body) and winger JT Barnett (knee) remain out injured. Austin Lotz gives Kent Simpson a breather in goal, making his first start since Feb. 24.

PORTLAND

Forward lines:
Trott-Noebels-Rattie
Ross-Reid-Leipsic
Leier-Peters-Gabriel
Petan/Turgeon-De Leo-Baker

Defensive pairings
Morrow-Wrenn
Pouliot-Rutkowski
Wotherspoon-Hanson

Starting goalie:
Carruth

Scratches: Eviston, Castro, Bartschi, Viveiros, Petan/Turgeon.

Notes: The big news for Portland is that star winger Sven Bartschi is out. Bartschi was an emergency call-up by the NHL's Calgary Flames because of injury problems. If 1996-born center Dominic Turgeon gets the call after the warm-up, it will be his WHL debut.
