KENNEWICK — A $250,000 win on a Mega Millions ticket couldn’t have come at a better time for a 36-year-old Kennewick man who says he was laid off last September.
Paul Clements told the Tri-City Herald his wife is a nurse but living on one income has been a change for his family of three. He said his wife bought the ticket for Tuesday night’s drawing.
He said they plan to put some money aside for a college fund for their year-old daughter. He added, “The rest will go to taxes and becoming debt-fee.”
