Associated Press
VANCOUVER, Wash. -- Nearly 200 students attended a candle light memorial at Cascade Middle School in Vancouver for a 14-year-old girl who took her own life.
Friends of Eden Van Horn and her older sister Audri said she had been bullied at school and online.
The Columbian reported that they urged others at the memorial Thursday night to be good to each other and accept each other's unique quirks.
Audri told KATU that Eden had changed her appearance several times in an effort to get a group of girls to stop harassing her. She was found dead Tuesday.
Vancouver police say they have no evidence to indicate bullying rose to the level of a crime. The Evergreen School District is investigating.
