6 Weeks to a Healthier You: Joe Piscatella, the TV health and lifestyle expert, will host a low-cost good health program in Lynnwood starting in April. The program includes a biometric analysis, including cholesterol screening, and six 90-minute classes. Weekly topics include making health an important part of everyday life, diet, exercise, stress, cooking and family. Classes meet from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays from April 17 to May 22 at the Lynnwood Convention Center, 3711 196th St. SW.
