Got a free pass to EMP: An AWOL soldier in Pittsburgh allegedly stole the identity of Seattle billionaire Paul Allen by changing the address on Allen’s bank account and then running up charges of more than $15,000 on Allen’s account. The fraud was discovered before the Pittsburgh man could make final arrangements for a trade that would have brought quarterback Tim Tebow to the Seahawks.
