Learning to develop and maintain a happy mind can be some of the best medicine for ourselves.
The teachings of Buddha offer many different methods of improving our lives by improving our minds.
Western Buddhist monk Gen Khedrub will cover simple meditation practices and offer practical advice for daily life.
Classes are held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays, April 11, May 9 and June 6, at Firewheel Books and Beans, 2820 Oakes Ave., Everett.
