Fairies: When all the rest of the county is heading north to the tulips today, hop on a ferry to Whidbey for a little “Meerkerk Magic.” The rhododendron garden is entering its peak blooming season, so it’s time for the garden’s tradition teaching children how to make their own garden fairy from the natural wonders found in the 10-acre site.
