The accident occurred about 9 p.m., said Leslie Hynes, spokeswoman for Fire District 1. A man, who appeared to be in his 30s, was hit by a car and died at the scene, she said.
The driver of the car reportedly drove off, Hynes said. The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office is investigating the accident.
