Best wishes went to Ernest Tuorila, an Everett resident who was honored on his 100th birthday at a family gathering at the Seahorse restaurant in Mukilteo.
Marge Phillips thought a tea room would be a nice elegant establishment where she could hone her culinary and hostess skills. Instead, she bought a nondescript tavern on the Mukilteo waterfront and turned it into a spot with the ambiance of an old-time country grange hall. She called it Cheers Too.
