Condominium values in Snohomish County dipped by 15 percent on average compared with a year ago, according to the latest notices from the county Assessor’s Office.
More than 20,600 notices are scheduled to hit the mail Monday.
The new values are based on condo sales in 2011. They’ll be used to calculate taxes due in 2013.
The average condo value for this cycle is $140,000. Actual price changes fluctuated greatly, depending on location.
Property owners who receive condo valuation notices have until July 1 to file an appeal with the Board of Equalization.
