Jack Richter tossed a complete game, allowing no earned runs, to help Oak Harbor clinch the final Wesco 3A district playoff spot. ... Monroe's John Bury scattered seven hits and gave up just two runs in a complete-game victory as the Bearcats beat the Tomahawks in the final regular season game for both teams. ... Meadowdale's Chris Osborne tripled, homered and drove in four runs to lead the Mavericks to a win over Shorewood. ... Jackson's Trai Patrick had a three-run home run and the Timberwolves secured the Wesco South No. 2 seed with a win. ... Lakewood's Jerrad Jones doubled, homered and had two RBI to help the Cougars clinch the Cascade Conference's final automatic district berth.


Kamiak's Lindsay Haub and Kristyna Phan each finished 4-for-4 with three runs scored to help the Knights beat Lake Stevens in a Wesco crossover game. ... Kamiak's Joe Fryer shot a 4-under-par 68 in a downpour to earn medalist honors and lead the Knights (372), the top team in Wesco South, to a victory over Snohomish (382), the top team in the Wesco North, and Lake Stevens in the Purple Cup. ... Everett's Jody Barhanovich scored 64 modified Stableford points to best Oak Harbor's Annie Leete and win medalist honors as the Seagulls beat Glacier Peak and Oak Harbor.
