Woman, 20, killed in Tulalip crash identified

TULALIP -- A woman killed in a wreck Friday in the Tulalip area has been identified as Chenoeh L. Bill, 20.

She died from head injuries, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office. Her death was ruled an accident.

The crash remains under investigation by the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office.

Detectives believe Bill was driving along Turk Road, north of Tulalip Bay, when her car left the road and struck a tree. She died at the scene.

A 19-year-old woman who was also in the car was injured but was expected to survive.
