EVERETT -- With two outs in the bottom of the eighth inning, Everett's Lucas Henry hit an RBI single to score Reece Hoiby as the Seagulls defeated Shorecrest in the Wesco 3A game and ended their season with a dramatic win. Henry also earned the win on the mound, taking over in the top of the eighth inning for 14 year-old freshman Sam Loomis, who struck out five batters and scattered four hits in seven innings.
