Police seek man who robbed Stanwood bank

STANWOOD -- Detectives on Wednesday released photos of a suspected bank robber in hopes of garnering new clues.
The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office is investigating the robbery reported Saturday at the Wells Fargo Bank on 270th Street NW in Stanwood.
A man entered the bank about 10:50 a.m. armed with a small, dark handgun, police said. The man then ran away with the cash.
The robber is described as about 6 feet tall and 230 pounds. He is believed to be in his late 20s or early 30s.
He was wearing a black ski mask, sunglasses and a teal, nylon golf-style jacket. He also wore white gloves with black polka dots.
