Learn how to thwart crime at Burglary Prevention Fair

South Snohomish County police officers and sheriff's deputies will be available today to answer questions about property crimes.

Lynnwood police, along with officers from Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace, and the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office, are sponsoring the Burglary Prevention Fair, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Meadowdale High School, 6002 168th St. SW in Lynnwood.

At the fair, people can ask property crimes detectives about current burglary crime trends.

Crime prevention officers will be available to talk about ways to keep homes safe.

Companies selling locks, alarms, surveillance systems and more also will be at the fair sharing product information.
