Free Friday Night Live at Imagine Children's Museum is coming up Friday, and this month it's a night of fitness with The Everett Clinic and Leading Edge Gymnastics.
Join in the roster of healthful activities from 5:30 to 9 p.m., including Zumba sessions and mini trampoline workouts. Kids can get a handle on how their bodies react to exercise when their heart rates will be taken before jumping on the trampoline and again after.
Imagine Children's Museum is at 1502 Wall St., Everett. Call 425-258-1006 or go to www.Imaginecm.org for more information.
