BURLINGTON-- Ryan Wallen of Blaine shot a seven over 79 on Tuesday, for a total of 154 to earn medalist honors in the 2A Northwest District Tournament. South Whidbey's Harrison Price was the top local finisher, placing in second place overall with a 159.
