The Seattle Storm open the 2012 WNBA season on Friday night at KeyArena against the Los Angeles Sparks. On Wednesday, they announced their 11-player opening day roster, making two final cuts, releasing guards Allie Quigley and Ashley Corral.
The Storm also placed guard Silvia Dominguez on the suspended list in order to maintain her rights. Former WNBA MVP Lauren Jackson, who is part of the final roster will not join the team until after the Summer Olympics in August.
