Taco Bell plans to soon roll out a new upscale menu at its 5,600 U.S. restaurants. The new dishes, created by celebrity chef Lorena Garcia, will use ingredients such as cilantro and chicken marinated in citrus and herbs.
Chef Garcia said her assignment was to create dishes for what she calls "the Taco Bell experience" -- which The Buzz presumes is a 1 a.m. food run after a "1000 Ways to Die" marathon on Spike TV.
