SNOHOMISH -- Car lovers will have a chance to enjoy up to 100 El Camino and Chevelle classic cars.

The Everett-based El Camino Classics Car Club is organizing the El Camino & Chevelle Car Show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the King Charley's Drive-Inn, 1301 30th St., Snohomish.

Entrance is free, but people wanting to enter their vehicles need to pay a $20 fee.

Drivers from the area, Oregon and Canada are scheduled to attend the event. Participants and employees are set to vote for the best car in each category, with trophies given to the top two places.

"People will have a chance to see very classic and beautiful El Camino and Chevelle cars that they will not see anywhere, because they are specialty cars," director Carl Riley said.

People can participate in different activities, games and purchase raffle tickets. This is the 20th year the event is being held. About 200 people are expected to attend, Riley said.

For more information, call 425-760-8157 or go to www.ElCaminoClassics.com.
