Associated Press
CHEHALIS -- Two dangerous dogs that were to be euthanized were stolen from the Lewis County Animal Shelter in Chehalis.
Officials say someone cut through a fence and pried open kennel doors last week to take a Rottweiler named Max and a pit bull named Whitney.
Shelter director Amy Hanson told KIRO-TV it's a huge concern.
Greg Welsh says the dogs had killed eight of his alpacas. He says, "They've already tasted blood and nothing will stop them now."
Lewis County deputies are looking for the dogs. Someone at the owner's home Monday said he wasn't there.
