Police investigate fatal Tulalip car crash

TULALIP -- A fatal car accident on the Tulalip Reservation over Memorial Day weekend remains under investigation.

The wreck happened about 7 a.m. May 26, near the intersection of Lager Lane and Turk Drive, Snohomish County sheriff's spokeswoman Shari Ireton said.

Only one car was involved. The vehicle left the roadway, rolled over and came to rest against a tree.

Robby Kenneth Enick-Kublic, 20, of Tulalip, was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

He died at the hospital later that day from injuries suffered in the accident, according to the King County Medical Examiner's Office. His death has been ruled an accident.
