The state Department of Corrections' Everett office has felony warrants for the following offenders. If you have information about them, call police or the Department of Corrections at 425-290-3200. Callers do not have to give their names.
Michael Pilkington

Height: 6 feet, 3 inches
Weight: 260 pounds
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Blue
Pilkington has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level 2 registered sex offender and is being supervised for failure to register as a sex offender.
Patrick Starks
Age: 38
Height: 5 feet, 7 inches
Weight: 200 pounds
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Starks has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess drugs with intent to deliver.
