Spending gleaned from government consent agendas. Snohomish County Office of Economic Development: $6,600 to the Cascade Loop Scenic Highway Association of Wenatchee for a travel guide and public service announcement. Snohomish County Office of Economic Development: $7,500 to Design Stanwood for winter festival promotional materials. Snohomish County Office of Economic Development: $10,000 to the Edmonds Center for the Arts for 2012 season promotion. City of Arlington: $3,512 to Son Investments for monthly rent of the building that houses Fire Station 48. City of Stanwood: $901 to former interim city administrator Mary Swenson for services in April. Snohomish County Fire District 1: $1,426 to Kroesen's of Seattle for equipment and clothing, including nametags and boots. Snohomish County Fire District 1: $345 to R.L.
