How Snohomish County companies stack up

The Seattle Times' annual performance ranking of 96 Northwest companies is out. Here's how the three public companies headquartered in Snohomish County stacked up in the list:

14. Zumiez (Everett)
70. SonoSite (Bothell)
78. Intermec (Everett)

The top five, based on a complicated formula measuring company performance in 2011:

1. Alaska Air (SeaTac)
2. Infospace (Bellevue)
3. Nordstrom (Seattle)
4. Expedia (Bellevue)
5. Barrett Business Services (Vancouver, Wash.)

Boeing is not listed because it is headquartered in Chicago.
