State Department of Commerce: $15,000 to Larry Rhodes of Cheshire, Ore., to complete a study of the closure of the Frances Haddon Morgan Center in Bremerton, a residential facility primarily housing individuals with profound developmental disabilities.

State Department of Commerce: $10,000 to Imagine This of Olympia to produce technical material about client experiences during the closure of the Frances Haddon Morgan Center in Bremerton.
