Pierce Co. man, woman dead in shooting

PUYALLUP -- A Pierce County sheriff's officer says it appears that the double shooting that claimed the lives of a man and woman near Puyallup as a murder-suicide.
Neighbors reported hearing gunfire about 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Sgt. Jerry Bates told KOMO-TV that deputies found a 46-year-old woman and a man in his 50s dead on the ground behind a trailer.
Bates said murder-suicide is officers' best initial theory.
He said the couple were living together in the trailer. Investigators said they're not looking for anyone else in the shooting.
