The "Unaffordable" Care Act was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court. The court ruled you could be forced to buy medical insurance and it would be considered a tax. The court ruled that Congress now has the power to "tax us to death" and it would be considered legal.
The Democrat-controlled Senate has not passed a federal budget in three years. They just keep borrowing money and raising the debt limit to keep the United States open for business.
I believe the United States should follow Stockton, California's lead and file for bankruptcy. Why can't our federal government be forced to pass a balanced budget yearly?
