    Dustin Whaley, 17, of Marysville, spray paints Thursday afternoon during the beginning stages of his mural at Edmonds Artworks. Whaley received a materials stipend from the Edmonds Arts Commission to create the second installment of the city's "On the Fence" public art project. The finished mural will hang for a month at Edmonds Artworks.
