Families can bring in an old bike and trade it for a larger model at the swap, hosted by Sharing Wheels, a local nonprofit organization. There may be a small cost for some upgrades, depending on the bike's trade-in value.
Bring cash; checks and cards won't be taken.
Adult bikes also will be on sale at the swap for $50 to $250, giving riders a chance to get a used, high-quality bike they couldn't afford at retail price.
The swap will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot behind the Sharing Wheels bike shop, 2531 Broadway, Everett.
