LAKE STEVENS -- No serious injuries were reported Tuesday after a dump truck rolled over in Lake Stevens.

The crash happened about 3:45 p.m. where Highway 92 crosses Callow Road, Lake Stevens Police Chief Randy Celori said.

A woman in a passenger car apparently pulled out in front of the truck, Celori said. The truck driver swerved to avoid the car, but hit it from behind.

The impact sent the truck off the shoulder, where it rolled. The truck had been carrying a load of gravel.

The woman was taken to a local hospital to be checked for minor injuries, Celori said. The truck driver was uninjured.
