Candidates to speak at tea party forum

EVERETT -- Nearly two dozen candidates for state, federal and judicial offices are expected at a forum in Everett on Saturday hosted by the Sno-Isle Tea Party.
Congressional candidate John Koster, U.S. Senate hopeful Art Coday and gubernatorial candidate Shahram Hadian, all Republicans, are among those scheduled to participate, according to the organizers' website.

Each candidate will have about three minutes to speak and then answer questions for a short period of time.
The free event begins at 6 p.m. in the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center of the Comcast Arena, 2000 Hewitt Ave. in Everett.
