Council should tap into own activism

SHARE: facebook Twitter icon Linkedin icon Google+ icon Email icon |  PRINTER-FRIENDLY
Regarding the Wednesday article, "3 Everett councilmen walk out on activists at meeting": I have a couple of suggestions to the council members who are tired of the fluoridation activists:
Suggestion 1: The next time the activists begin their spiel immediately put a motion to the council to double the dosage rate. Make the fluoride issue worthy of their protests.
Suggestion 2: It is quite obvious that these activists do not want the fluoridated water so, to no longer inflict them with the product they do not want, turn off their water supply. That way the activists will no longer have to deal with the fluoride issue and the rest of the population those that appreciate the benefits of fluoridation, can continue receiving the treated water. Everybody is happy.
