Principled Hadian is courageous

SHARE: facebook Twitter icon Linkedin icon Google+ icon Email icon |  PRINTER-FRIENDLY
Gubernatorial candidate Shahram Hadian got some much appreciated exposure in Jerry Cornfield's Thursday article. ("For 2 political underdogs, it's all about the battle.") Cornfield wrote that Hadian emigrated from Iran with his parents when he was very young. What wasn't mentioned is that Hadian converted from Islam to Christianity and is a pastor. That takes tremendous courage considering the threat he's no doubt under from Islamists who consider such conversions blasphemous.
Unlike his rivals and many politicians, it also shows he has the courage to put principle above political expediency. If you're undecided or haven't yet voted, please consider Shahram Hadian. He's been getting rousing standing Os at his speeches. And for good reason -- people can see he's the real deal.
