The FarmVille of Rights

"Liking" the Bill of Rights: Attorneys for Facebook and the American Civil Liberties Union have appealed a judge's ruling that clicking "Like" on Facebook is not protected by the First Amendment. The judge ruled that 'liking' a Facebook page was insufficient speech to merit protection.

Also qualifying as "insufficient speech" not worthy of First Amendment protection: Instagram photos of your latte, guilt trips that "98 percent of my friends won't share this" and recycled snarky aphorisms with clip art.

The T.O. Show: After a year's hiatus from the NFL, wide receiver and touchdown-celebration specialist Terrell Owens practiced for the first time with his new team, the Seattle Seahawks. "I know I have matured and changed in a lot of different ways," Owens told reporters.

Owens then grabbed a Sharpie pen from his sock and signed the helmet of the nearest Seahawk quarterback.

Shuttle supremacy: The final piece of the space shuttle trainer is expected to arrive this morning at Seattle's Museum of Flight.

But after the success of Curiosity's arrival on Mars, NASA's plans some excitement for the section's arrival: It will plummet through the atmosphere, deploy a parachute, drop its heat shield, fire its rockets and then lower itself by tether. Terrell Owens will then grab his Sharpie and sign the shuttle.
