SEATTLE -- The report of a 7-foot python on the loose in Seattle's Cowan Park isn't keeping people away.

The Seattle Times reported park visitors are keeping an eye out for the snake, but it's not stopping them from jogging or sunbathing.

The snake was reported missing Monday by a homeless man who says he kept it as a pet.

Animal Control Director Don Jordan said Wednesday the python has not been found.
