Police team up to pursue 'Duct Tape Bandit'

Four police departments have banded together to catch a robber who's been hitting banks in Snohomish and King counties.
The so-called "Duct Tape Bandit" is suspected in four robberies, including one May 24 in Stanwood and another June 20 in Edmonds.
He also assaulted a customer and an employee during the holdup in Stanwood, police said.
In all four cases, the man wore a piece of black tape over his nose. He brandished a handgun and demanded cash. He carried a white cloth bag for the money.
He is described as white and in his mid-20s, with short, light brown hair. He is about 5-foot-10, with a thin to medium build.
He may have a tattoo on the inside of his left leg.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound at 800-222-8477. A reward of up to $8,000 may be available.
