Highway 522 to close this morning near Monroe
Crews for the Washington State Department of Transportation are scheduled to close Highway 522 from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. today between Fales/Echo Lake road and 164th Street SE.
Crews will remove trees and rocks near the highway. No rock blasting is scheduled for today.
Drivers should add at least 20 minutes to their commute while they take Highway 9 and U.S. 2 as detours.
