City of Arlington: $8,755 to the state Department of Ecology for stormwater and wastewater permits.

Snohomish County Airport: $18,630 to Great Floors of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, to replace carpet in the Paine Field terminal office.

Snohomish County Parks and Recreation: $395,000 in Brightwater mitigation dollars to buy about 3.5 acres from Johnny Burrow to aid the construction of the future Wellington Hills County Park next door.

Snohomish County Parks and Recreation: $5,000 to CET Services of Renton to draft plans for Miner's Corner park in Maltby.
