Seattle Floating Homes Tour: Noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 9. Self-guided walking tour of 12 homes on east Lake Union. All about hydrangeas: Garden designer Nita-Jo Rountree, a member of the Northwest Horticultural Society and Northwest Flower and Garden Show designer, will speak about growing and designing with hydrangea at 7 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Snohomish Garden Club meeting at the Snohomish Senior Center, 506 Fourth St., Snohomish.
