Dinosaurs and aliens headed to Everett Library in author events

Round up all the dinosaur fans in the family for a "Dinosoaring" celebration with author Deb Lund from 2 to 3 p.m. today at the Everett Public Library.
Kids age 2 and older can enjoy all things dino: stories, songs and games with the author of the dino series among other children's books.
Meet in the main auditorium at the library for this free event, 2702 Hoyt Ave., Everett; call 425-257-8000 with questions.
On Sept. 15 kids ages 8 and older can meet author Clete Barrett Smith at an Alien Party at 2 p.m. at the Evergreen Branch of the Everett Public Library.
Smith is will present book two of the intergalctice Bed and Breakfast series, "Alien on a Rampage."
Alien snacks and activities to follow.
Kids may dress up as outer space creatures if they wish for this free event.
The Evergreen Branch of the library is at 9512 Evergreen Way, Everett.
