EVERETT -- Police are searching for two men who held up an Everett gas station at knifepoint last month.

The robbery was reported about 10:45 p.m. Aug. 29 at the Shell station at 5001 Evergreen Way, Everett police officer Aaron Snell said.

The two men entered the store wearing masks and waving knives, Snell said.

They demanded cash and cigarettes before running away. A police dog searched the area but did not find them.

Both men were described as white, in their mid-20s and about 6 feet tall. Both carried knives with black handles and about five-inch blades.

One man more a black jacket with a small, white logo on the front and jeans. He also wore a red knit hat, a red mask and dark gloves and shoes.

The other man wore a dark blue hooded sweatshirt and jeans, with a green hat and dark gloves and shoes. He also wore a black bandana over his face.

Anyone with information is asked to call 425-257-8450.
