The state Department of Corrections' Everett office has felony warrants for the following offenders. If you have information about them, call police or the Department of Corrections at 425-290-3200. Callers do not have to give their names.

Age: 35
Height: 6 feet 2 inches
Weight: 260 pounds
Hair: Blond
Eyes: Brown
Vanslyke has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level 1 registered sex offender and is being supervised for failure to register as a felony sex offender.

If you see these people, do not approach, arrest, detain or follow them. In an emergency, call 911.

Correction, Oct. 1, 2012: A man who appeared in this edition of Fugitive Watch was incorrectly reported as wanted by the state department of corrections. Jeremy Maddelena was already in state custody.
