Seahawks-Panthers injury report

The good news for the Seahawks Friday was that Brandon Mebane was able to return to practice after sitting out Thursday with a calf injury. He is listed as probable and expected to play. Pete Carroll told reporters after Friday's practice that Marcus Trufant, who was limited with a back injury and is listed as questionable, will be a game-day decision.

The Panters will likely be without starting middle linebacker Jon Beason (knee) and starting cornerback Chris Gamble (shoulder), who are both listed as doubtful and have not practice all week.
